What it is
Auto-Mate Moments is an opt-in, read-only text message list. A list owner — for now, a family expecting a baby — writes a short update on their own phone, and Auto-Mate Moments delivers it to the family and friends who asked to receive it. Every list is private to the people its owner invited; nothing is published anywhere.
How to join
Text JOIN to the number the list owner gave you from your own phone. You will get one confirmation text.
Only you can add your number. Nobody can sign you up, and numbers are never imported from anywhere.

How replies work
If you reply to an update, your reply goes privately to the list owner only. It is never sent to anyone else on the list, and nobody on the list can see who else is on it.
No app, no account
There is no app to install and no account to create. Everything happens by plain text message, and no update we send contains a link.
Your number and your messages
We keep your number and messages only to run the list, and we never sell or share them. The inbound message log is kept for 90 days; everything else about a list is deleted within 30 days after 12 months from the list's due date, and consent records (the dates you opted in or out, and the phone number) are kept as a legal record. Text STOP to stop messages, or email help@auto-mate.systems to have your stored messages and details removed. The privacy policy has the details.
