Who runs the service
Auto-Mate Moments is a service of Auto-Mate Technical Solutions LLC ("we"). By texting JOIN to the number, or by owning a list, you agree to these terms.
What the service is
Auto-Mate Moments is an opt-in, read-only SMS update list. A list owner writes short updates by text message; we deliver each update, once the owner confirms it, to the people who subscribed by texting JOIN from their own phone. Replies from subscribers go privately to the list owner and are never delivered to other subscribers. There is no app and no account; everything happens by plain text message.
Subscribers receive about 2 messages a week, more around big moments. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help. Consent to receive messages is never a condition of anything else.
Acceptable use
List owners may send only their own personal updates to people who asked for them. Owners may not:
- send marketing, advertising, promotions or anything on behalf of a third party;
- include links, or content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, hateful or sexually explicit;
- add anyone to a list themselves — a subscription starts only with a text from the subscriber's own phone;
- use the list to contact people who have replied STOP.
Subscribers may join only with their own phone number. Anyone may leave at any time by replying STOP.
What we may do
We may refuse or remove an update, a list or a number that breaks these terms or that a carrier blocks, and we may end the service at any time. We deliver messages on a best-effort basis through mobile carriers we do not control, so a message may be delayed or not arrive; the service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the service, to the extent the law allows.

Changes and contact
